Total Organic Carbon (TOC) Analysis

The Pharmaceutical industry has very strict requirements for analyzing samples for Total Organic Carbon (TOC). The United States Pharmacopeia (USP) is the foremost authority on standards for Water for Injection (WFI) and Purified Water (PW). Pharmaceutical companies use WFI to prepare drugs for intravenous injection and PW for preparation of drugs in both liquid and solid form.

The analyzing equipment used to ensure compliance must receive periodic preventive maintenance and calibration. In addition, our in-house TOC/Water Laboratory produces the standards to perform system suitability and calibration on TOC Analyzers. Our standards:
