Mass Weight Calibrations

The Mass Calibration Laboratory at Integrated Service Solutions, Inc. is ISO/IEC 17025:2005 accredited and provides mass calibrations with a measurement range of 1mg to 30kg.

We can calibrate most ASTM 1 weights to 4:1 TUR and all calibrations include complete documentation traceable to NIST standards.

In addition, the Mass Laboratory is environmentally monitored to provide stability in temperature and humidity. Before any mass calibrations are performed, the mass equipment is placed in the laboratory for at least 24 hours to acclimate to the environmental conditions.

To perform the weight calibrations, the Mass Laboratory uses the following sophisticated mass comparators:

• Mettler Toledo UMX5 1mg-5g
• Mettler Toledo AX205 10g-200g
• Mettler Toledo AX2005 100g-2kg
• Mettler Toled0 KA30 2kg-30kg

Ultra Class Tromener weights are also used for mass comparisons.

Other services that we provide include making any adjustments to the weights, cleaning and painting.
