Integrated Service Solutions, Inc. began in 1998 as an idea about how service should be provided to FDA-regulated industries. Joseph Uricchio, President and CEO, understood the complexities of a highly regulated industry dependent upon the research and development pipeline as well as efficient manufacturing practices in which cost containment was imperative. Offering an alternative to service provided by OEMs, Integrated Service Solutions, Inc. has grown to employ nearly sixty full-time staff, including engineers and field service technicians, customer service, business development, marketing, quality assurance and administrative staff.
The privately-owned company is housed in a modern 20,000 sq. ft. facility conveniently located ¼ mile from the Lansdale Interchange of the Pennsylvania Turnpike. Company owned assets (not leased), including all service equipment ensures a level of quality control that has enabled the company to attain its ISO 9001:2008 registration and A2LA 17025:2005 certification and to maintain the high quality standards of a robust customer base.
All services are fully documented and NIST traceable, a differentiating factor from many competitors and demanded by clients frequently audited by the FDA. We also realize that for our customers, time is of the essence, and the size and flexibility of our company allows us to provide rapid responses to all of our customers' needs guaranteeing that their equipment is always up and running properly.
